Keeping good mental health includes mind exercises, reading your Bible, praying and keeping a good perspective. Some things that benefit physical health are staying away from junky and sugary foods, eating the main food groups, drinking water and exercising. They are all connected because they all help benefit your boy so you can stay healthy. Some thing that do not benefit your health are drugs, alcohol and junk food.
